  1. Provide of Aged Sirloin Steak.
  2. You need of Olive oil to brush the steaks.
  3. Get 2 cloves of Garlic.
  4. Get 6 sprigs of Thyme.
  5. Provide of Salt and Pepper.
  6. You need of Coleslaw.
  7. Get of Grated Cabbage.
  8. Take of Grated carrots.
  9. Take of Salted cashew nuts (optional).
  10. You need of Mayonnaise.
  11. Provide of Chips.
  12. Take of Oven caked chips... used orange flesh sweet potatoes chips.
  13. Get of Broccoli Stems.
  14. Get of Olive oil.
  15. You need of Soy sauce.

Instructions to make Steak and Chips:

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper and rub with oil. Heat up the griddle pan and place your steaks. Turn only once the steak is cooked on one side..
  2. Add butter, garlic and thyme... brush the steak with the butter as it foams... steak should be fine in 12 minutes..
  3. Broccoli stems... fry them in olive oil and when stems are cooked, drizzle soy sauce ensuring they are coated...sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Coleslaw... freestyle... you can add roasted salted cashew nuts for crunch....
