  2. Scrub Potatos clean remove all dirt.
  3. Bake whole Potato 400 for 1 hour check 50 min remove when soft.
  4. Let cool 45 min Cut in half lengthwise Scoop out inside.
  5. Combine Oil, Salt, & Garlic powder in small bowl mix.
  6. Brush Oil & salt mixture on potato skins skin side up.
  7. Flip skins over Brush salt mixture bake 10 minutes n then flip skins again. Do this until golden brown..
  8. Remove skins or pull out oven rack add cheese. Add a little at a time let melt then add more.....
  9. Continuance of step 9 Add cheese until potato full and evenly melted..
