  2. You need 1/2 of a red onion.
  3. You need of Large handful spinach.
  4. Use 2 of tomatoes.

  6. Use of Grated cheddar cheese.

  1. Wash large mushrooms, remove stem by cutting down slightly..
  2. Wash and chop up tomatoes, onion, spinach finely and put into bowl. Mix in herbs and black pepper..
