The ingredients needed to cook Mango Puri:

  1. You need 2 medium sized of Ripe mangoes (make the pulp).
  2. You need 3 cups of Whole grain atta.
  3. Use 1/3 teaspoon of Salt.
  4. You need 1/2 teaspoon of Black peppercorns powder.
  5. Provide As required of Water or milk for making the atta dough.
  6. Get as required of Oil for frying.

  1. Take the atta. Add the peppercorns powder,salt with the atta..
  2. Now add the mango pulp..
  3. Make the puri dough..
  4. If the dough is very tight,you can add the little water or milk.Now add little oil and mix it nicely with the dough..
  5. Cover the dough with damp-clothe for 7-10 minutes..
  6. Now gives the shapes of the Puri,and deep fry with the Oil..
  7. Serve the hot Mango-Puri with your choice of side dish. I serve with little spicy-chicken..
