  2. You need 1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour.

  5. In large bowl (just wipe out bowl used to mix crust), mix the 1 1/4 cups sugar together with the 3 tbls flour and whisk. Beat in the 4 large eggs until well combined. Next, add in the 1 1/4 cup mango puree and the 1/3 cup Lemon juice. Whisk well until smooth..
  6. Pour mango mixture over HOT crust..
  7. Return to oven and bake for 22-24 minutes..
  8. Cool completely. Garnish with powdered sugar sifted over top if desired. Cut with damp knife for clean cut presentation..
  9. Keep leftovers in airtight container in fridge..
