  1. For stuffing take 2tsp oil in kadai add jeera,coriander seeds,saunf,hing,green chilli,ginger,black pepper,red chilli,gram masala,amchur powder...roast all...add salt to taste add potatoes and green peas, and chopped coriander...let it cool.
  2. Take dough divide into 6 equal parts...roll 1 ball oval shape and cut from middle give cone shape and put stuffing and close from upside...fry all samosas and serve wit green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney.
