  15. Provide of Green chillies 3 chopped.
  16. You need 1/2 tsp of Roasted and crushed cumin.
  17. Use 1/2 tsp of Roasted and crushed coriander seeds.
  18. Get 1/2 tsp of Red chilli flakes.
  19. You need 1/2 tsp of Salt.
  20. You need of Vegetable filling :-.
  21. Take 1/4 cup of Carrot chopped.
  22. You need 1/4 cup of Cabbage chopped.
  23. Prepare of Spring onions leaves 1/8 cup.
  24. Provide 1/8 cup of Peas boiled.
  25. Take 1/2 tsp of Black pepper.
  26. Take 1/2 tsp of Salt.
  27. Provide 1/2 cup of Chicken boiled and shredded.
  28. Provide of Samosa dough as required.

Steps to make Assorted Samosas:

  1. Prepare potato filling. Add oil in a pan add potatoes and cook for a minute..
  2. Add all the spices mentioned. Give a good mix..
  3. Add coriander and green chillies. Mix.
  4. Allow it to cool completely before filling in samosa patti..
  5. Prepare qeema filling. Dump all the ingredients in a pot. Donot add oil..
  6. Cook until the water of qeema dries and qeema is tender..
  7. Mix well. Allow to cool completely before filling in samosa patti..
  8. Prepare vegetable filling. Simply mix all the mentioned ingredients in a bowl..
  9. Fill in the samosa Patti..
  10. All the fillings are ready. U may now fill the samosa sheets as you desire â?¤.

Each rolled out little ball makes two samosas. Take a tablespoon of filling and place it in the corner of one of the halves. Fold it over like so, into a little triangle. Place your folded samosas on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Two mixed samosas, two chicken tikka & two momo served with mint yoghurt & tamarind sauce.
