The ingredients needed to prepare Meatball Subs:

  1. Take 2 lb of ground beef.
  2. Prepare 3 of eggs.
  3. Get 3 cup of seasoned bread crumbs.
  4. Provide 1/4 cup of worcestershire sauce.
  5. Prepare 1/4 cup of zesty Italian dressing.
  6. Prepare 4 clove of garlic minced.
  7. Use 1 small of onion, chopped.
  8. Prepare 2 packages of sub buns.
  9. Get of banana peppers.
  10. Use of cheese of your choice ( I used mozzarella ).
  11. Take of oil for pan frying.

Instructions to make Meatball Subs:

  1. combine beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire, Italian dressing, garlic, and onion in mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. form into golf ball size meatballs..
  3. heat about 1/4 inch of oil in a pan over med high heat.
  4. pan fry meatballs until browned on the outside.
  5. remove from pan and place in cock pot and cover with spaghetti sauce. ( I was short on time so I put these in a roasting pan and baked them in the oven ).
  6. cook in crockpot in med heat 2-3 hrs or until meatballs are done or in oven at 350 got 45 min to a hour.
  7. once meatballs are done remove from oven..
  8. place buns in a cookie sheet and full with meatballs and sauce..
  9. top subs with banana peppers and cheese.
  10. return subs to 350 oven until cheese melts.
  11. eat and enjoy!.
