  1. You need of For Aloo ke Jalebi.
  2. Prepare 2-3 of Medium size potatoes.
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup of sago seeds (sabudana).
  4. You need 1 inch of ginger crushed.
  5. Get 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  6. Use 1 cup of Maida/ all -purpose flour.
  7. You need 1/4 cup of yoghurt.
  8. Take of For Aloo Chaat.
  9. Get 1-2 of medium size potato.
  10. You need 2 tsp of coriander leaves.
  11. Take 1/4 tsp of ginger paste.
  12. You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  13. You need 1/2 tsp of roasted cumin seeds powder.
  14. Get 2 tsp of lime juice.
  15. Take to taste of Salt.
  16. Take of For Tamarind Chutney.
  17. Take 1 cup of Tamarind.
  18. Prepare 1/2 cup of jaggery.
  19. You need 1 of whole red chilli for tempering.
  20. Get 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds for tempering.
  21. Get Pinch of asafoetida for tempering.

Instructions to make Aloo Jalebi Chaat:

  1. In a blender blend Sabudana until it’s fine powder. Strain and set aside the left out big ones which didn’t powder. Add on to a bowl..
  2. Boil potatoes and take 2 boiled potatoes, cool, peel and roughly crumble and put it on the blender. Add yoghurt and salt and blend. Pour it into the Sabudana powder and mix very well.

  7. In a saucepan heat oil and add cumin seeds, whole red chilli and asafoetida and add that to the tamarind Chutney. Bring it to heat and on low flame keep it for 5-6 mins.
  8. For the Aloo Chaat, cut the boiled potatoes and mix roasted cumin seeds powder, red chilli powder, lime juice, a little ginger, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well..
