  1. Get of lamb steaks.
  2. Take of seasoned salt.
  3. Prepare of granulated garlic powder.

Instructions to make Lamb:

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Season one side of lamb with the spices.
  3. In an oven safe pan heat oil, and add lamb seasoned side down..
  4. Cook till lightly browned season the side up.
  5. After cooking 3 minutes per side add to oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Let rest for 7 minutes.
