  3. Place all mango slices on pan.do not rise flame.press the slice with spoon to get more texture. Once slices are grilled take them out..
  4. Sprinkle salt,paprika powder, freshly ground blackpepper over slicez when hot so spices stick. Squeeze lemon juice over.top up with hot fresh chilli thinly chop & fresh mint..
  5. Mix mayonnaise with cream with salt & whitepepper powder.drizzle it over slices.
