  1. After washing Chicken, put some cuts on it and pat dry..
  2. Now marinate it with salt & lemon juice and leave it for 30 mins..
  3. Now grind to make powder of coriander seeds, cumin seeds & ajwain..
  4. Now marinate chicken with all the ingrediants except oil..
  5. Leave it for at least 2 to 4 hrs or over night..
  6. Now give it Coal smoke for 2 mins.
  7. Now brush it with oil & bake it in pre heated oven on 200°c for about 45 to 50 mins..
  8. After 25 mins flip the sides..
