  2. Prepare 3 tbs of Mayonnaise.
  3. Get 1/2 tsp of Diced Garlic.

  1. Assemble ingredients.
  2. Wash and season chicken with all above,mix wellmarinate for 30mins.
  3. Steam for 3mins,remove from heat,heat oil in a pan,fry till brown, drain,plate and garnish with green pepper,enjoy with chilled maltina.
