  3. Provide 2 of tomatoes (chopped).

  5. Provide 1 tsp of hickory smoke.
  6. You need 1/2 cup of herdez green sauce.
  7. Get 1 packages of mexican blended cheese.
  8. Provide 1 packages of tostadas.
  9. Take 1 of lemon.

Steps to make Terry's Smoked Tostadas:

  1. preheat oven 375.
  2. chop cilantro,lettuce,and tomatoes and set aside or refrigerate.
  3. squeeze lemon on chicken and bake for 12 mins. (6mins on each side or until juices run clear in).
  4. take chicken out and cut in cubes and sit it aside.
  5. put refried beans in a small pot until simmer or slight bubble on med low..
  6. stir and pour in green sauce until less thickened.
  7. pour in hickory smoke (cap full or less) in the refried beans and let it slow cook for 5 mins on low.
  8. turn pot off and let rest and stir lightly. add cheese if you like in the beans and stir.
  9. take a tostada, add beans and spread, add chicken,lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro and a little lemon, top with cheese.....

Made this for dinner last night. had a little trouble with it but it came out good. The sauce was awesome, terragon brought out the taste with the lemon pepper. good dish I must say ;-) Chicken Breast, Tostada Shells, Chipotle in adobo sauce, Onion, Lettuce, Tomatos, Salsa, Crema or table cream rowdymorse. While resting up from the calf fry Saturday night, I threw a hunk of pork on the smoker yesterday and used it for tostadas. I rubbed it with garlic paste, onion power, lots of cracked black pepper, powered jalapeno and kosher salt. No forks or spoons required, just easy-to-pick-up party foods, so you can clean up in no time.
