  1. Get 1 of medium yellow onion (diced).
  2. Get 2 of bell peppers (diced).
  3. You need 3 cloves of garlic (minced).
  4. Take 2 Bunch of scallions (minced).
  5. Take 1 pound of Ground beef.
  6. Provide 4 ounce of Hoisin Sauce.
  7. Provide 4 ounce of BBQ sauce.
