  1. Use 1/2 kg of fish.
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  3. Use 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  4. Take 1 tsp of cumin powder.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  7. Take 1 tsp of lemon juice / vinegar.
  8. Use 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  9. Take to taste of Salt.
  10. Provide 1 tbsp of corn flour.
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of rice flour.
  12. Provide 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder.
  13. Use as required of Oil for frying.

Instructions to make Fish fry:

  1. First take fish pieces in a bowl add all listed masala ingredients and the lemon juice and mix well after that add corn flour and rice flour and give a mix..
  2. Marinate it for 2-3 hours..
  3. After that heat up a pan with oil drop the fish pieces to the oil and fry on medium flame for 2 minutes from one side then flip it and again fry it for 2 minutes from the other sides till golden and crispy..
