- Get 1/8 cup of Maida(all purpose flour).
- Get 1/8 cup of Corn flour.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Milk.

- You need 10-12 of Garlic cloves.
Instructions to make Fish fry:
- First of all punch fish pieces with toothpicks..
- Now take garlic cloves, ginger,green chilli,coriander and lemon juice in a mixy jar and grind it and make a fine paste..
- Now in a bowl take salt,chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,black pepper, yogurt and the paste we prepared earlier and mix all the ingredients well...
- Now apply this paste on fish pieces and for marination keep those pieces in refrigerator for 1 hour..
- Now in other bowl take maida,cornflour,milk and turmeric powder and make a thick paste.Add milk gradually to make a thicker paste..
- Coat fish with flour paste and fry each side for 4-5 minutes on low flame..
- If not properly fried you can fry it for 2-3 more minutes..
- Delicious masala fish fry is ready to serve..
