  2. Prepare 1 cup of onion finely chopped.
  3. Take 1 of large potato boiled and mashed.

  6. Provide 1/2 tsp of chilli powder.

  10. Take Handful of chopped coriander and pudhina leaves.
  11. Take 2 of egg whites.
  12. Use of As required Bread crumbs for coating.
  13. Provide of As per taste Salt.
  14. Take of As per taste Oil for frying.

Instructions to make Chicken Cutlets:

  1. Boil chicken well with salt, pepper and turmeric..
  2. Cool and mince in a mixer. Transfer to a bowl and add all the ingredients (except breadcrumbs and egg white) and mix well to form thick dough..
  3. Shape into patties and dip in egg white. Roll in bread crumbs and keep aside..
  4. Similarly do the same for all patties..
  5. Freeze the patties for 15 minutes..
  6. Deep fry in medium hot oil till golden. Serve hot with ketchup and a steaming cup of coffee..
