  2. Take 1 of medium red pepper,halved and deseeded.
  3. Use 6 of ripe tomatoes,skinned and halved.

  5. Get 1 of garlic clove,crushed.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp. of fresh basil,chopped.
  7. Get 350 ml of vegetable stock.

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C (375 F) or gas mark 5..
