  12. Provide 1/2 spoon of sugar.
  13. Use 1/2 spoon of dark soy sauce.
  14. Prepare 1 spoon of tomato sauce.
  15. Get 1 spoon of chilli paste.
  16. Prepare 1 spoon of cooking vinegar.
  17. Get as needed of vegetables stock Water.
  18. Get as needed of Garnish chopped spring onion.

Instructions to make Chilli paneer gravy:

  1. सबसे पहले आप 200grm पनीर को डाइस में काट लें, कटे ह�� पनीर को �क बाउल में डालकर उसके ऊपर में हल�का सा नमक वाइट पेपर डालकर हल�का सा मिक�स कर लें।अब आप उसमें दो से तीन चम�मच सूखा कॉर�नफ�लोर डालकर हल�के हल�के पानी के छींटे मारकर के mix कर ले।और पनीर को डीप फ�राइड कर दें।.
  2. अब आप �क पैन में या कढ़ाई में 1,2चम�मच तेल डालकर उसमें �क चम�मच गार�लिक, �क चम�मच जिंजरडालकर हल�का सा टॉस कर ले, अब आप इसमें सारी डाइस में कटी ह�ई सारी वेजिटेबल डालें।और इसको 30 से 40 सेकंड तक toss करें,.
  3. अब आप इसमें �क चम�मच चिल�ली पेस�ट, �क से दो चम�मच टमाटर सॉस, डालकर मिला लें, अब आप इसमें �क या दो कप विजिटेबल stock वाटर डालकर बचे ह�� मसाले डाले..
  4. डार�क सोया सॉस 1,2 spoon, नमक स�वादन�सार, vegetables broth powder. वाइट पेपर, Ajinomoto option, Sugar.अब आप इस ग�रेवी को 10 से 12 सेकेंड तक उबलने दें।.
  5. अब आप इसमें �क से दो चम�मच corn flour कॉर�नफ�लोर पानी में घोलकर डालें।और ग�रेवी को गाढ़ा(thicken) कर लें.अब आप इसमें क�रिस�पी फ�राइड ह�� पनीर डाले क�किंग विनेगर, भी,अब आप पनीर को सॉस में मिलाकर �क बाउल मे डालकर चाॅप स�प�रिंग अनियन से गार�निश करें।तैयार है शानदार चिल�ली पनीर ग�रेवी.
