  3. Measure ur butter into a mixing bowl and then add ur measured sugar and flavor into thesame bowl and start creaming using mixer or by hand or wooden spoon.
  4. Cream sugar butter and flavor until light,fluffy,increased in size and almost white.
  5. Break egg into a separate bowl and whisk lightly,add gradually into ur creamed mixture and continue whisking until well incorporated..
  6. Switched off the mixer gradually fold in mixture of flour,baking powder and salt into d mixture using a metal spoon until all flour has been added.
  7. Pour into a well greased baking pan and bake in oven for 45-2hour depending on cake sizes.
  8. To check wen cake is ready insert a sharp object knife or skewer into cake middle if it comes out clean it means cake is ready.
