- Take a pan.add oil 2 tbsp.Add jeera.let it turn brown.add onion paste. Fry untill golden golden brown.add 1 cup milk.To it add salt to taste, 1/4 tsp of red mirchi powder.Add 1/2 cup water.Let it cook for 8- 10 mins..
- Add the kaju paste. Give a nice stir.Add fresh cream. Let it cook for 10 - 15 mins. When the oil appears on the surface,add Elaichi powder,sugar,a pich of garam masala. Give a nice stir. Turn the gas off..
