The ingredients needed to prepare Masala pasta:

  1. Prepare 1 cup of Pasta.
  2. You need 1 of big Onion.
  3. You need 2 of tomatoes.
  4. Get 1/2 cup of Veggies( carrot ,beans ,corn).
  5. Provide 2 of Green Chilli.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of Chilli powder.
  7. You need 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  8. Provide As needed of Turmeric powder.
  9. Prepare 2 tsp of Ginger and Garlic paste.
  10. Use to taste of Salt.
  11. Provide as needed of Water.
  12. You need 2 tsp of Oil.
  13. Prepare 2 tsp of coriander leaves.

Steps to make Masala pasta:

  1. In a Boiling water add some salt and 1 spn oil.
  2. Add pasta into the boiling allow to boil for 15 mins.
  3. Once pasta ready drain excess water and keep it aside.
  4. Take a pan add some oil, mustard seeds, onion, tomato and ginger garlic paste with some salt.
  5. Next add veggies according to your taste. Then add chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric.
  6. After veggies boiled add cooked pasta. Finally add some coriander leaves.

In a sauce pan add water with some salt. Rinse the cooked pasta in warm water to remove the stickiness and keep aside. Masala gravy leftovers just added the fuel on spark and I made Masala Pasta for lunch!!
