  1. Soak the rice for 15-20mins prior and then par boil it adding some salt to it.
  2. Chopped Veggies and par boil them.
  3. For Gravy:Grind Tomatoes and onions, green chilli and ginger.Take curd in a small bowl add all spices and mix well the paste..
