  1. Prepare 1 bowl of Leftover Rice.
  2. Prepare 1 of grated carrot.
  3. Prepare 1 of boiled potato.
  4. Provide 1/2 of chopped capsicum.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
  6. Use 1 tsp of garlic paste.
  7. Provide to taste of Salt.
  8. Use 1 tbsp of schzewan sauce.
  9. Get 3-4 tbsp of oil.
  10. Prepare 2-3 of green chillies finely chopped.

Instructions to make Veg RICE:

  1. In a pan, add oil,cumin seeds,garlic paste, green chillies saute well.
  2. Add capsicum,let it get cook for 2 mins than add carrot, potato and cover it with lid and let it cook for 5-7 mins.
  3. Add salt, schezwan sauce mix well add rice mix well cover it with lid and let it cook for 5-7 mins..
