  1. Prepare of pasta noodles.
  2. Prepare of onion diced.
  3. Provide of small can stewed tomato.
  4. Take of small can tomato sauce.
  5. Get of garlic powder.
  6. Use of Cumin.
  7. Get of Full Zucchini.
  8. Prepare of Pinto Red Beans.
  9. Take of chicken stock cube.
  10. Take of salt and pepper.

Instructions to make Zucchini & Bean Soupa:

  1. Chop your zucchini and dice your onions and prepare your boiling water. Put chicken stock cubes in it and set to boil.
  2. Drop your bag of pasta in the water add a little bit of salt pepper and boil until al dente for about 15-20 minutes..
  3. And your chopped zucchini and beans and turn heat simmer. Let simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Add stewed tomatoes and half of can of tomato sauce, season with your cumin and garlic powder, and let simmer for another 5 minutes (I added cooked shredded chicken, this time ๐Ÿ˜Š). Turn off heat and let sit, stir and serve.
