The ingredients needed to cook Achari chicken fritters:

  1. Get 200 grams of Chicken keema.
  2. You need 1 cup of Boiled or left over rice.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of achar ka masala (pref south indian pickle).
  4. Get 2 tbsp of Corn flour.
  5. Use 1 of big onion chopped.
  6. Take 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Turmeric.
  8. Get 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
  9. Take 2 tbsp of Oil.
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  11. You need 1 tsp of Chat masala.
  12. Get 2 tbsp of Roasted oats.
  13. Take 1 tbsp of Tomato sauce.
  14. You need of Oil for deep frying.
  15. Get handful of Dhaniya pudina leaves chopped.

Steps to make Achari chicken fritters:

  1. In a heavy bottom pan add oil and chopped onions after the onions turn golden brown add ginger and garlic paste saute it for sometime.
  2. To it add turmeric red chilli powder garam masala powder salt and chicken keema and cook for 15 mins or till done and sprinkle dhaniya and pudina leaves.
  3. Mash the boiled rice to it add roasted oats cooked chicken keema chat masala achar ka masala corn flour tomato sauce salt and mix thoroughly.
  4. From this form small balls and roll into desired shape round or oval or bullet.
  5. Heat the oil and deep fry till golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with chutney.

Dry marinate the chicken with half of this achari masala for about an hour. Heat mustard oil in the pan. Saute for a minute and add marinated chicken and baby potatoes. Toss it well so that the fried ginger garlic paste is coated well to the chicken. Cook the chicken for about two minutes then add chopped onions.
