  2. Prepare 1 lb of string beans thinly skiced.
  3. Prepare 3 tbsp of vegetable oil.
  4. Prepare 6 of garlic cloves, minced.
  5. Take 1/2 of small onion, minced.
  6. Take 1 cup of chicken atock.
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of Asian fish sauce.

  1. Heat wok until very hot then add vegetable oil and cook until shimmering.
  2. Add garlic and onion and stir fry for one minute.

  4. Add string beans and 1/2 cup of chicken stock and stir fry until beans slightly soften.
