  1. Use of Carrots 500g (sliced).
  2. Take 1/2 cup of Oil.
  3. Prepare of Salt.
  4. Use 1/4 cup of Lime juice.
  5. You need 1 tablespoon of currypowder.
  6. You need 1 tablespoon of ginger paste.
  7. Prepare 1 tablespoon of garlic paste.
  8. You need 3 of large � tomatoes (blended).
  9. Provide 2 of tablespon tomato pure.
  10. Prepare 2 of tablespon green chillies paste.
  11. Get 1 of teaspon blackpeper.
  12. Take 1 tablespoon of chilli powder.
  13. You need 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes.

Steps to make Carrot 🥕 pickle:

  1. First step, Peel &cut the carrots 🥕 into slices,then 1/4of the carrots blend them into a smooth paste and the rest boil them for atleast 3-5minutes..
  2. In a separate pot, Add some oil, ginger garlic paste, blended tomatoes & tomato pure and mix well and let it cook on a medium heat for 3-5minutes..
  3. Then add the blended carrots, lime juice, all the spices and green chilllies paste and mix everything well and let it cook on medium heat for 5minutes..
  4. Lastly add the boiled carrots and stir everything well and let it cook for7- 10 minutes and your carrot pickle is ready..
  5. Serve in a cointaner,let it cool down and place in the fridge and it can last for 3-4months..
