  5. Once molded, heat the grill or frying pan and add vegetable oil. When the oil is hot add the patties. Cook until centre is not raw and the cheese is melted, for about 20 minutes..
  6. Cut the burger buns in half and butter them. Toast them on the grill. When they are lightly toasted and the patties are cooked add ketchup, mayonnaise or mustard to the burger bun and place the patty on the bun. Serve with chips or wedges..
