  1. Cook rice with the vegetable stock or the maggi cubes until firm..
  2. Use some salt in it while cooking according to taste..

  4. In a cooking pot, heat ghee and saute the sliced onions..

  6. After the onions get sauteed to a nice golden colour, add the chilli flakes..

  8. Now add the veggies and saute these all for 5 to 6 minutes..
