  2. Take Pinch of sugar.
  3. Provide Pinch of salt.
  4. Prepare 2 of eggs.
  5. Get 50-60 ml of milk.
  6. Take 1/2 tbsp of cooking oil.

  1. Mix flour, sugar and salt..
  2. Preheat the oven 210 degree..
  3. Mix egg, milk and oil together..

  5. Pour the dough in the pan - I use the pan for small muffins 😉.
  6. Bake them for about 13 min with 210 degree (don't open no matter what!).
  7. Then stop the heat. Leave it for 3 min. Next, turn the degree into 160 and bake for more 10 min. (This is the pic of popovers after 13 min with 210 degree!).
  8. Done! Serve with soup, salad or meat... or you can put jam to enjoy your tea time! :D.
  9. This is when I failed... 😭Tips: If you make mistake in temperature... popovers don't pop up. Make sure you preheat the oven as 210 degree..
