  1. You need 3 tablespoons of butter, melted.
  2. Prepare 2 of large eggs, lightly beaten, at room temperature.
  3. Provide 1 cup of milk, 2%, warmed to lukewarm.
  4. You need 1 cup of all purpose flour.
  5. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

  6. Divide batter in popover cuos and bake 20 minutes. After 20 minutes reduce oven temperature to 350 without opening oven door and cook 20 more minutes, serve hot with butter or jam.
