  10. Use 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice.
  11. Take 1/2 Teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder.
  12. You need 2 Tablespoon of Ghee.
  13. You need of For Lemon Dip.
  14. Get 1/2 Teaspoon of Roasted cumin powder.
  15. You need 1/4 Cup of Lemon juice.
  16. Provide 4 Tablespoon of sugar.
  17. Take 2 Tablespoon of chilli flakes.
  18. Take 1/4 of Teaspoonp Black Salt.
  19. Provide 6-7 of Mint leaves.
  20. Get of For Mango Corn Salsa.
  21. You need 3 Tablespoon of Boiled Corn.
  22. Take 4 Tablespoon of Chopped Mango.
  23. Provide 1 Pinch of Red chilli powder.
  24. Provide 4 of Mint Leaves (Chopped).
  25. Use of For Hung Curd Sauce.
  26. You need 1/2 Cup of Hung Curd.
  27. Provide of /4 Teaspoon Black Salt.
  28. Provide 1/4 Teaspoon of Roasted Cumin powder.
  29. Get 1 of / 2 Teaspoon Powder Sugar.
  30. Get 1/2 Cup of Green Chutney.

Instructions to make Chatpata Daliya Kabab:

  1. Beetroot, green chili and ginger grind in the mixer jar..
  2. Put it in a bowl. Sprouted moong and Fenugreek Seeds (methi) grind coarsely and add in the chilli mixture bowl..
  3. Daliya grind separately and grind coarsely and carefully. (Do make the Paste).
  4. Ghee put in a pan when becomes ghee melted add gram flour and roasted on low flame..
  5. When gram flour roasted add chilli mixture and moong mixture in it and Mix them..
  6. Now add Daliya, mix them. Now add Salt, Red Chilli powder, Cumin powder, Lemon juice and mix well.After 2 to 3 minutes, mixture is ready. Switch off the gas..
  7. When mixture cool down. Make the balls and put a spoon of ghee in a pan. Roast the all kababs..
  8. When kababs are roasted. Put them in a plate..
  9. For Lemon Dip In same pan, add lemon juice,sugar, black Salt, Chilli flakes, mint leaves and roasted cumin seeds in it and mix well on low flame. Within 2 minutes dip is ready..
  10. Now kabab put in the lemon dip and rolled them gently. Kababs ready for serving..
  11. For Hung Curd All ingredients add in a bowl and mix well..
  12. For Mango Corn Salsa Mix all ingredients in a bowl..
  13. Kababs served with Chutney..
