Step four In a frying pan add a nice glug of olive oil and heat on a medium flame/setting (in the meantime heat the grill up so it’s nice and hot)once hot add you potato and fry without turning for about 10-15 mins or until nice and golden burnt on the underside once that’s done slide the potatoes onto a baking tray and whack it in the oven until nicely browned off you can add more cheese,tomatoes or onions on top if you like.
  5. Nearly there last step the poaching in the same pan you fried the potatoes in fill it about 2 inches high with water bring it to the boil Crack the eggs in for about 2-4 mins until you have a firm white and a nice soft yolk and drain slide your potatoes on a plate with your eggs and let your tastebuds dance hope you all enjoy this as much as I did 😊.
