  1. Firstly dry roast oats in a kadhai on a medium heat for 2 minutes tossing gently..

  4. Transfer the mixture in a big bowl and all other ingredients except ghee and mix well..
  5. Melt ghee in a sauce pan and turn off the flame. Add the melted hot ghee little by little to the mixture and mix them with a laddle..
  6. After you add all the ghee use hand and combine them and form a dough..
  7. Now you can make your desire shape or sprinkle with nuts and your choice and arrange in plate..
  8. Store in a airtight container and enjoy them for week and serve daily after meals as a dessert..
