  1. You need 500 grams of Italian pork sausages.
  2. Prepare 1 of Oil for cooking.
  3. You need 1 small of onion, finely diced.
  4. Provide 2 clove of garlic, minced.
  5. Take 250 grams of Button mushrooms, sliced.
  6. Get 1 tbsp of Plain flour.
  7. You need 1 cup of Chicken stock.
  8. Take 300 ml of Pure cream.

  5. Add flour and fry for about a minute before adding stock, cream, sausage meat and 1/2 the chives..
  6. Heat mixture through before adding pasta. Serve with a sprinkle of chives, salt and pepper..
