- Heat olive oil in frying pan on medium / medium-high until hot.
- Carefully add neck bones and sausage to oil.

- Add puree, crushed tomatos and cream of mushroom to large sauce pot. Heat pot on medium.

- Continue sturring periodically for 4 hours.
