You already know that, to achieve true health, your diet needs to be well balanced and nutritious and you need to get a good amount of exercise. Unfortunately, we do not always have the time or the energy that this type of lifestyle involves. At the conclusion of the day, most of us want to go home, not to the gym. A juicy, grease laden burger is usually our food of choice and not a leafy green salad (unless we are vegetarians). You will be pleased to discover that getting healthy doesn't have to be hard. If you keep at it, you'll get all of the required nutrients and exercise. Here are some of the best methods to be healthy.
Be sensible when you do your food shopping. When you make informed and wise purchases at the grocery store, your meals will get much healthier immediately. Think for a minute: you don't want to go to a busy grocery store or sit in a lengthy line at the drive thru at the end of your day. You’re going to go home and use what you have in the cupboards. Make sure that what you have at home is healthy. This makes it effortless to have a great meal--even if you want something junky--because you'll be eating something that is naturally better for you than anything you'd buy in a hurry at the store or in the fast food joint.
There are plenty of things you can pursue to become healthy. An expensive gym membership and very restrictive diets are not the only way to do it. You can do tiny things every day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being clever when you choose your food and activities is where it begins. Getting as much exercise as possible is another factor. The numbers on the scale aren't the only indication of your lifestyle choices. You want your body to be strong too.
We hope you got insight from reading it, now let's go back to grandmother's meatballs recipe. You can have grandmother's meatballs using 3 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook that.
The ingredients needed to prepare Grandmother's Meatballs:
- Prepare 1 packet of bite-size meatballs.
- Get 2 cups of Mr Yoshida's Original Gourmet (or similar) sauce.
- Use 1 cup of water.
Steps to make Grandmother's Meatballs:
- Combine the Mr Yoshida's (or similar) sauce and water in a pan. Below is a photo of the brand of sauce that I use..
- Add the meatballs in a single layer, allow approx 4-6 per person. Stir to coat. (Note: Meatballs can be added either frozen or thawed)..
- Gently bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and and cook on low until heated through (10-15 minutes depending on whether they are frozen or not). The meatballs will turn a dark brown color..
- Serve individually with toothpicks on the side so guests can easily help themselves... and watch them disappear, very quickly!.
Spray a baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in large bowl. If mixture seems a little loose add more bread crumbs. This recipe is from my Italian grandmother. The one change she made to get with the times was to use Ragu sauce instead of homemade, and she declared that it still tasted just as good.
