- Heat ghee in nonstick pressure cook,add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick and cloves, bay leaves,as cummin seeds splutter add all chopped vegetables, turmeric powder, garam masala and red chilli powder, saute on medium flame for 4-5 mins..
- Add soaked rice- dal & salt..
- Mix and saute for 2 mins..
