- Take 1 cup of cooked whole Moong soaked overnight.
- Take 1tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Provide 2 of onions chopped fine.
- Use 1 of tomato.
- Provide 1 of potato medium cut quarters.
- Prepare 100 grams of homemade Paneer cut random.
- You need 1 of green chilli whole optional.
- Use 1 sprig of Curry leaves.

- Take 1 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder.
- Use 1/2 tsp of Cumin powder.
- Provide 1 tbsp of ghee.

- Heat 1 tbsp ghee stir fry Paneer pieces,remove aside then add onions in same ghee to stir fry,now add turmeric,salt,red chilli powder to onions mix well.
- Wash whole moong soaked and potato wedges,add to the saute onions mix well cook covered with half glass water on slow.Remove aside too.
- Now take a fresh pan heat roast the daliya with some onion,add 1/2 glass water cook daliya covered for 5 minutes,now add the cooked sprouts potato with a little red chilli powder,cumin powder,curry leaves.
- Now as the daliya khichadi gets cooked mix well,add 1tspn ghee now,now remove it a bowl.
- Now dress the khichadi, garnish with coriander leaves,in hot khichadi dig in the stir fried paneer..
