  1. For making idlies : In a bowl add sooji or semolina, salt, curd,water and make a smooth batter..
  2. In a deep pan or vessel, add 2 cups of water and bring to boil, for steaming the idlies..
  3. Mix the sooji batter with eno and immediately pour the batter into the greased moulds..
  4. Steam the idlies for 5-8 minutes or till the idlies are fluffy and cooked..
  5. Take out the idlies from the mould and let it cool.Chop the idlies into cubes.  Keep aside..
  6. In a wok, heat oil. Add all the vegetables except cabbage. Saute' the vegetables..
  7. Now add the cabbage and stir fry.
  8. Add salt, red chilli powder,black pepper, soya sauce,tomato ketchup and vinegar. Mix well..
