- You need 500 g of icing.
- Provide 3 tablespoons of glucose syrup.
- Take of Food colours pink red and blue.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
- Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of mint essence.
- Use of Egg white.

- Sieve icing sugar.
- Add egg white.
- Add glucose syrup (used my home made glucose syrup).
- Add Vanilla and mint (I prefer using the mints top to measure a quarter of it so enough for the fondant.
- Knead the mixture to make a dough.
- Cut three equal pieces.
- In each add a different colour kneading to consistency.
- Make sure you thoroughly wash your hands before attending to the next colour this prevents making a strange colour that was unexpected.
