The ingredients needed to prepare Marshmallow fondant:

  1. Take 3 cups of Marshmallows.
  2. Provide 3 cups of ,icing sugar.

Steps to make Marshmallow fondant:

  1. Pour the marshmallows in a microwave safe bowl or heat for about a minute in high to melt it all. In a situation where there is no microwave or a safe bowl, place bowl over hot boiling water..
  2. Once the marshmallow is all melted and puffy, bring out and mix well with a spatula and then add the icing sugar.mix in the bowl until too strong to handke.
  3. Pour mixture unto a surface powdered with icing sugar, rub some good amount on your fingers and knead until smooth.
  4. Add any flavour of choice in minimal quantity. Add any colours of choice, roll out and place on your cake.

Note: Some uses the marshmallow fondant right away but I prefer to let it rest for a day before use. If your marshmallow fondant feels very hard you can always warm it up in the microwave for a few sec. Here are some marshmallow fondant tips: Fondant has a tendency to dry up quickly. Make sure whatever extracts you are using in your marshmallow fondant are colorless. If the mix is tearing easily, it is to dry.
