Instructions to make Pav bhaji:

  1. Heat oil and butter in a big non-stick wok..
  2. Add cumin seeds,let it pop & add ginger garlic and roast for 30-40 seconds until golden brown..
  3. Add onion, roast it until golden brown..
  4. Add tomatoes & add all spices to it and cook it until it leaves oil..
  5. Add boiled veggies after mashing them well and add water. Cover the lid and cook for some time..
  6. Add mashed potatoes to it and again mash them well and let it cook. If required you can add water to it..
  7. Add dices paneer cubes and butter(200 grams at least) to it mix well and garnish it with coriander leaves..
  8. It’s ready to serve with nicely cooked pao..
  9. Serve it with salad topped with butter, lemon drops and coriander leaves..
