  1. Cut the onions tomatoes and potatoes keep aside. In a cooker add oil and lightly fry the cubed potatoes.
  2. Remove the potatoes and add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes. Fry the onions and tomatoes, add curry leaves and cook well.
