- You need 3 of Large eggwhites.
- Get 220 grams of sugar.
- Prepare of Mango essence.
Steps to make Meringue:
- Preheat Oven to 90°c.
- Ensure your Bowl and whisk attachment are Clean with no grease so as to get a floffy meringue.
- In your Bowl put your eggwhites and whisk at a low speed untill bubble starts forming then increase the spread untill soft peaks start forming.
- Add your sugar one spoon at a time and add the orange essence.
- Whisk untill you get stiff peaks.
