  8. Ab cover kar ke 10 to 15 mint tak low flam per cook karein jub tak tindy soft ho jaein.
  9. Phir 4 to 5 mint bhon lein sath main tindon ko mash bhi karty jaein jub tindon ka pani dry hony lagy to chat masala dal kar mix karein.
  10. Jub tindy oil chorny lagyn to garam masala sprinkle kar ke 1 to 2 mint cover kar lein masala tindy ready dish out kar ke garam chapati ke sath serve karein.
