The ingredients needed to make Chicken wrap:

  1. Use 2 of Tortilla wraps.
  2. Take 2 of chicken breast filets cut into strips.
  3. You need 2 tsp of Olive oil.
  4. Use Half of an onion sliced.
  5. Prepare Half of Robot peppers sliced.
  6. Get of Sliced mushrooms.
  7. Use of Salt and Black pepper.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of dried tym.
  9. Take 1 Tbs of Six Gun grill Spice.
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of Paprika.
  11. Prepare 1 Tbs of home made chilli sauce/ Spur Sweet Chilli sauce.
  12. You need of Grated Cheddar Cheese.

Instructions to make Chicken wrap:

  1. Heat oil in pan and saute Peppers, onions and mushrooms. Season with black pepper and salt and remove from heat once cooked.
  2. Season chicken breasts with paprika, Thyme, 6Gun grill and fry on same pan. It will take about 6 minutes at most. Don't overcook as it will become dry and remove from heat.
  3. Heat 2 tortilla wraps in a pan then pan for about 1 minute each side.
  4. To make the wrap, place grated cheese on the wraps, then follow with the vegetables on top of cheese, then place chicken strips and drizzle with sweet chilli sauce, wrap up an serve.

This Chicken Wrap is one of my favorite summer lunches. Wraps feel more substantial than a salad, lighter than a sandwich, but just as fulfilling! Fill the buffalo chicken wrap with lettuce, blue cheese, and ranch dressing. A flour tortilla is filled with sweet, spicy chicken simmered in salsa, and rolled with a cucumber, honey, and pepper mayonnaise. For the chicken, you can use rotisserie chicken, leftover chicken, fresh grilled chicken or any type of cooked chicken you have on hand.
