  2. You need 1/2 of cucumber.
  3. Use 1/2 of bulb red onion.
  4. Use 2 tsp of green onion.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of lime or lemon juice.
  6. Use 1 tsp of ketchup.
  7. Get 1 tsp of salad cream.
  8. You need 2 tsp of mayonnaise.

In a bowl add in chopped tomatoes (wash and remove the seeds),chopped cucumber (peel and remove the seeds),add in chopped onion, chopped green onion,salad cream,mayonnaise,ketchup and lemon or lime juice... mix everything today,.... if yuh like you can eat it straight away or serve with fried potatoes......
